The doctors and staff at Pioneer Valley Vet are the best. I had scheduled a routine teeth cleaning appt. for my dog, Lilah, and during the cleaning they found that she had some really bad teeth that had to be removed. We were not expecting this and Dr. Underwood took the time to contact me, explain in detail, and then did the extractions immediately, so I wouldn't have to reschedule. I really appreciate the care they give to Lilah.

This office is competent and kind, caring and professional. I have been bringing my dog here for 4 years, since I got her as a new pup. They were recommended to me by other friends. They have been available through the routine visits and the problems. They handled the COVID crisis very responsibly, and have an amazingly consistent staff during this difficult time. I have also boarded my dog here on a few occasions and was pleased with the care and communication during those times. I highly recommend this practice.
